SportWrench Instructions
It is important for everyone to update their profile in SportWrench. This will allow data to flow from your SportsEngine registration to your SportWrench record.
To register for events in SportWrench, you will need to complete your USAV registration in SportsEngine first. Then, everyone will have to verify their eligibility for this new season so they need to “update” their profile for this new year.
You need to update your profile in SW so that it will automatically flow through to all events. Here are instructions on how to update your profile.
1. Login to your SportWrench account
2. Click on the Staff/Official tab
3. Click the blue Edit Staff/Official Profile button at the top
4. Scroll to the bottom and click save, nothing else.
If you are eligible now, it will say Successfully Updated and that will flow through to your events.

REVIEW THE FOLLOWING IN SW BEFORE EACH EVENT:
- Days you are working.
- Departure time for your last day of work - this should be a MATCH time, bearing in mind that things run late.
- Need hotel room and which days you need it.
- In the Conflicts box in SW you need to list:
- If you are carpooling
- If you have a team conflict or you have a daughter playing in the event (supply division info)
- If you are only able to work a portion of the day, i.e. you are coaching in the AM wave so can work PM wave, or have another commitment can only work PM wave.
- DO NOT LIST "NONE" OR "NA" in the conflicts box. If you did that, please remove it! Things I don't need to see will slow me down when scheduling
