MEETINGS
We'll meet early Saturday and Sunday morning in the Referee Room Upstairs
First meeting will be at 7:15 am SHARP each day. This will be for all matches that start at 8:00 and 8:30. There will be a second meeting at 7:55 for those who start at 9:00 or 9:30
THERE ARE NO MEETINGS FOR THE OFF SITE AT USF. Just get together before the first match and go over the ground rules to make sure you are all handling any unusual items the same way.

HOTEL INFO
It is recommended that you contact the hotel the afternoon you are scheduled to arrive to confirm that you are checking in. If you plan to arrive at the hotel after 9 pm you MUST contact the hotel to confirm your reservation and arrival time.
Comp Hotel Rooms provided for all officials who have a significant distance to travel. (2 officials per room). If you are assigned a room, you are expected to use it. If the nights listed are incorrect please let me know. If your plans change, please notify Sue Wainio immediately. If at least one of the roommates does not check in to the hotel on the date indicated, you risk losing the room. Notify the hotel front desk if you will not be there so the room is not cancelled in their absence!
Please note:You will most likely be asked to leave a credit card for incidentals. Either you or your roommate can do this, does not have to be both of you. Also, if you use a debit card, there may be a hold placed on funds for a period of time.

For best results, look at the list of officials assigned in ZebraWeb and then contact each other in advance. If Person A requests Person B, and Person B requests Person A, then you will most likely get the roommate you chose. MATCH COUNTS and MATCH PAY
Please check your match counts on SportWrench carefully to make sure you see all of your assignments.
The match fees will be $40 Provisional; $43 Regional; $46 Junior National/National. Add $10 for Auto-3s

NEW! TAMPA VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENTS OFFICIALS BONUS PROGRAM
There will be an incentive for those who work all three days of Gasparilla AND both days of Tampa Slam. The bonus will be $100. Official would need to work all 3 full days at Gasparilla without conflicts AND both full days of Slam without conflicts. The Tampa Slam is April 11-12 at Wiregrass.
