ROSTERS
Check the rosters that are printed on the scoresheets for every match. Make sure the player numbers on the roster match the player numbers on the uniforms. Count the total number of players on the roster and on the court to be sure they match. Verify the number of coaches on the roster match the number of coaches on the bench. Identify which person is the head coach.
If rosters are not correct, ask the coach if they have had the changes made online in SportWrench.
If the coach can show you the correct roster on SportWrench on their mobile device, you are good to go.
If they don’t have a correct roster either on the scoresheet or on their mobile device, they need to send someone to the help desk to get it fixed. The match is not delayed while player numbers are corrected.
If the correction involves the head coach and there is no other rostered coach available the match can’t start until the situation is resolved.
