ROSTERS
Check the rosters that are printed on the scoresheets for every match. Make sure the player numbers on the roster match the player numbers on the uniforms. Count the total number of players on the roster and on the court to be sure they match. Verify the number of coaches on the roster match the number of coaches on the bench. Identify which person is the head coach.
If rosters are not correct, ask the coach if they have had the changes made online in SportWrench.
If the coach can show you the correct roster on SportWrench on their mobile device, you are good to go.
If they don’t have a correct roster either on the scoresheet or on their mobile device, they need to send someone to the help desk to get it fixed. The match is not delayed while player numbers are corrected.
If the correction involves the head coach and there is no other rostered coach available the match can’t start until the situation is resolved.

Hotel list will be posted on this site Wednesday before each tournament.
It is recommended that you contact the hotel the afternoon you are scheduled to arrive to confirm that you are checking in. If you plan to arrive at the hotel after 9 pm you MUST contact the hotel to confirm your reservation and arrival time.
If you are assigned a room, you are expected to use it. If the nights listed are incorrect please let me know. If your plans change, please notify Sue Wainio immediately. [email protected]
Please note:You will most likely be asked to leave a credit card for incidentals. Either you or your roommate can do this, does not have to be both of you. Also, if you use a debit card, there may be a hold placed on funds for a period of time.
General Hotel Information: Record your roommate request in SportWrench. We will do our best to honor all requests. For best results, look at the list of officials assigned in ZebraWeb and then contact each other in advance. If Person A requests Person B, and Person B requests Person A, then you will most likely get the roommate you chose. To see the list of officials working, go to ZebraWeb>Reports>Gameskin to see all who are assigned to that tournament.
Hotel rooms are for working officials only.
